Rondel Village Resort and Spa in Negril, Jamaican owned and operated for 40 years. Our 56 team members from Westmoreland are the heart and soul of the hotel—many have been with us for over 10, 20, and even 30 years, serving guests with warmth and dedication. Sadly, Hurricane Melissa has caused severe damage to the lives of our staff. We have yet to make contact with all our staff members, we are making efforts to get in touch with them daily. It has been heartbreaking to know some have lost their homes, roofs, and everything they own. These are hardworking Jamaicans who have spent decades helping to build and maintain the Tourism standard for Rondel Village. We are asking for your help to support our team members as they rebuild their lives. All funds raised will go directly toward helping staff repair or replace their homes, purchase essential supplies, and recover from this devastating loss. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference. Together, we can help the team and their families get back on their feet and continue the legacy of Jamaican hospitality that has defined us for 40 years.
