We’ve been deeply moved by the outpouring of messages and concern from so many of you. In response, we’ve created a relief fund to support the dedicated employees of SamSara & Legends and their communities as they rebuild in the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa.
Our staff is family. Most have been with us for decades, creating the warmth and spirit that make SamSara & Legends feel like home for so many. They’ve given so much of themselves, and now it’s our turn to give back.
Many of our team members are from heavily affected areas. Entire parishes have been devastated by flooding—homes destroyed, power lines down, no running water, food, or basic supplies. Some remain completely cut off due to road blockages and outages, and we’re working tirelessly to reach everyone. We also want to recognize the devoted group who stayed behind through the storm, protecting the properties and caring for guests with extraordinary courage and care.
Your donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward helping our team recover from this life-altering loss. In Jamaica, we have a saying: “A likkle mek a muckle”, meaning every little bit adds up to something bigger.
