🚗 We're Hiring! Driver – Geejam Hotel

Geejam Hotel in beautiful Port Antonio is looking for a professional, punctual, and courteous Driver to join our Transportation & Security team. This is a key role in delivering a luxury experience to our guests!

Key responsibilities:
• Safely transport guests and staff in a professional, courteous manner
• Assist with luggage and ensure a luxury-level experience at all times
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Adhere strictly to Jamaican road traffic laws and company safety policies
• Maintain accurate trip logs and report incidents promptly
• Coordinate with guest services, security, and management teams

What we're looking for:
• Valid Jamaican Driver's Licence
• Minimum 1 year driving experience (2 years commercial preferred)
• Clean driving record preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High level of integrity, punctuality, and professionalism
• Hospitality or guest service experience is an asset

📋 We're Hiring! Procurement Clerk / Bookkeeper – Geejam Hotel

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in purchasing, inventory control, and bookkeeping? Geejam Hotel, Port Antonio - Portland is looking for a dedicated professional to support our procurement and financial operations!

Key responsibilities:
• Process purchase orders and track supplier deliveries
• Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
• Match invoices, delivery notes, and process payments
• Monitor procurement expenses and assist with budget tracking
• Coordinate service providers (water, gas, garbage, cesspool)
• Generate inventory and purchasing reports for management

What we're looking for:
• Associate Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Accounting, Business Admin, or Procurement
• Minimum 2 years' experience in bookkeeping, purchasing, or inventory control
• Strong Microsoft Excel and record-keeping skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Hospitality experience is an advantage

Geejam Hotel, Port Antonio - Portland is looking for a reliable, alert, and professional Security Guard to help protect our guests, staff, and property. If you are honest, self-motivated, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:
• Patrol the property and monitor all entry and exit points
• Control foot and vehicle traffic and maintain access records
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies promptly
• Assist guests with a warm, professional welcome on arrival
• Maintain logs of deliveries, keys, and all persons on site
• Support other departments and guests as needed during your shift

What we're looking for:
• Clean police record with strong knowledge of security practices
