Join us on the first Friday evening of every month for a relaxing yoga session as the sun sets over Frenchman’s Cove. A perfect way to slow down, reconnect, and welcome the weekend.

All levels are welcome.

Every Saturday morning — Weekly Yoga at 9am, JMD 3000 (or JMD 5000 for yoga and day beach access)
First Friday of every month — Sunset Yoga, JMD 3000. First event Friday 4th September at 5pm

This weekend we have yoga and live music in the afternoon, so join us for a relaxing and enjoyable day at Frenchman’s Cove.

Start at 10am with a yoga session with 🅨𝕠𝕘𝕒 🅙𝕒𝕞𝕒𝕚𝕔𝕒 then for a reduced rate spend the rest of the day on the beach with live music from 2-6. This may be the perfect way to spend a Saturday with us!
