🌅 NEW: Monthly Sunset Yoga
Join us on the first Friday evening of every month for a relaxing yoga session as the sun sets over Frenchman’s Cove. A perfect way to slow down, reconnect, and welcome the weekend.

All levels are welcome.

Every Saturday morning — Weekly Yoga at 9am, JMD 3000 (or JMD 5000 for yoga and day beach access)
First Friday of every month — Sunset Yoga, JMD 3000. First event Friday 4th September at 5pm

Spaces are limited, so book your spot and make yoga part of your week.

This weekend we have yoga and live music in the afternoon, so join us for a relaxing and enjoyable day at Frenchman’s Cove.

Start at 10am with a yoga session with 🅨𝕠𝕘𝕒 🅙𝕒𝕞𝕒𝕚𝕔𝕒 then for a reduced rate spend the rest of the day on the beach with live music from 2-6. This may be the perfect way to spend a Saturday with us!

Message Sky direct to book and spend the full day for just $5000 per person for yoga and all day access.
