The Lobs Rusutsu is looking for Ski / Snowboard Instructors/Manager to join our winter team in Hokkaido.

This is a mixed role: you’ll teach private lessons when booked, and support our lodge operations when needed — helping us deliver a smooth, friendly, and high-quality winter guest experience. Could lead to long term role🏔️✨

Requirements ✅

🎿 Ski or snowboard instructor certification (Lv. 2 above preferred)
🗣️ English required

🚗 Driving licence required
❄️ Snow driving experience big plus
🤝 Team player with a positive attitude
🧠 Independent and able to solve problems
🙌 Flexible, responsible, and happy to support both lessons and lodge operations
