This morning, we caught a glimpse of the first snow of the season on the upper slopes of Mt Yotei, peeking through the clouds.

The teaser for the new HEAD & Tyrolia 2026 film is out now!

Featuring world-class skiers, amazing snow, and some incredible mountain scenery, it’s the perfect way to get excited for winter. Several scenes were filmed right here at Rusutsu Resort in January 2026.
The full film is set to be released in late November.

This year, the festival will be held from 20–22 September 2026!

There’s nothing quite like enjoying delicious meat surrounded by the great outdoors.
Spend the day enjoying the amusement park, then tuck into an all-you-can-eat BBQ under the blue sky!

Look forward to a delicious line-up including a whole-roasted Yotei Sheep from Rusutsu Farm and Rusutsu Highland Pork tonjiru, along with many other mouth-watering dishes.

And that's not all — special live performances by renowned artists will add to the excitement and make the festival even more memorable!

For hotel guests: Early-bird Umamimono Festival accommodation packages are available when booked at least 14 days in advance.
