Welcome home me!

It’s so good to be back on the ground and spending time with all of my amazing guests. I’m also more than excited to be back in the kitchen getting creative with local ingredients.

A couple key dishes from this evenings menu

- Yamazaki whiskey Wagyu sirloin and slow cooked Hokkaido mushrooms

- Grilled Date-shi Scallops in wild garlic, fermented soy and brown butter

Match these with an aged Japanese whiskey or one of our craft cocktails and you’re kicking goals.

Throw back to a few weeks ago and Lodge guest smashing pow on his mono-ski. Incredible mountain rider and person! Along with the rest of the New Mexico crew!

One of Lodge401's fave regulars smashing the back bowl and getting smashed back, head to toe in fresh pow!

It doesn't get any better than this...

Snow report...

18/01/2025

About today...

With about 50cm+ dusting the slopes, first tracks this morning were deep in ungroomed powder. Sun out, no wind so we headed over to Hanazono, each run an absolute cracker.

I'm calling it. The day of the season so far...

Did someone say snow? Here it comes!

Morning Lodge Legends!

Happy Monday! Stopped in at Bear Cafe after a cracker few runs. Had the goods for sure. Beautiful view and delicious meat buns!

Light dusting overnight with snow predicted this afternoon and for the remainder of the week. Fingers crossed!

Have a beautiful day!
