Welcome to Niseko's Black Diamond Grill & Bar located at the base of the new Niseko Village Resort located in Hokkaido, Japan. Since 2011 winter, Kiko's original " Hokkaido Pork Spare Ribs" became our house specialty, very tender DELICIOUS spare ribs with your choice of original sauces will have you suckin' dem bones dry! Canada's famous "Poutine", "Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich" and more!! We have meals for kids and Vegetarians so no worries, Happy Hour from 4-6pm (in winter, open-7pm in summer), come and try Canadian " Caesar" !! Open daily (dinner only) in winter and lunch & dinner service in summer (close occasionally). The BDL is run by real skiers and snowboarders and is your home base for experiencing some of the world's lightest, driest and most consistent powder snow on the planet. We also offer guided tours, lessons, as well as gear and auto rentals so that you can explore the best of all that Niseko and Hokkaido have to offer. It’s been a minute or two since we’ve posted on our page and for that we apologize. We have been incredibly busy trying to get ready and back into full swing after a two year hiatus. We miss you all and want to shred with you real soon!! Conditions are great and our crew this year is amazing as always. Feeling truly blessed.
