明けましておめでとうございます。
本年もよろしくお願い申し上げます。

𝘏𝘢𝘵𝘴𝘶𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘰𝘥𝘦 (初日の出) — the first sunrise of the year.
In Japan, the sun has long been regarded as a symbol of life, renewal, and order.

The first sunrise of the year is believed to be the moment when the energy of a new year begins to rise.
It is a time to realign oneself, to reflect on how we wish to live, what we choose to cherish, and what we are ready to let go of.

北海道で唯一のこの栄誉に昨年に続き選ばれましたことを心より光栄に思います。
日々温かく支えてくださるお客様のおかげです。
また皆さまをお迎えできる日を坐忘林スタッフ一同、心より楽しみにお待ち申し上げております。

We are happy to announce that once again this year, Zaborin has been awarded Two MICHELIN Keys, remaining the only property in Hokkaido to receive this distinction.

This recognition has been made possible through the trust and support of our valued guests, to whom we extend our warmest and most sincere gratitude.
We would also like to express our deepest appreciation to everyone who continues to walk alongside us — our guests, partners, and team — for being part of Zaborin’s journey.
