大阪の吹田出身。元バックパッカーで世界を２周する。
元ホテルマン、海外ツアー添乗員
趣味は旅、登山、アニメ・映画鑑賞

☆工忠衣里子（くちゅうえりこ）
大阪の堺出身。大阪市在住。システムエンジニア８年目。
会社に勤めながら経営大学院GLOBISに通う。
趣味は登山、花道、食べること

【Welcome back ! Sofi from Finland🇫🇮】
毎年恒例！？フィンランドからソフィが遊びにきてくれました。
毎年クチュールに1ヶ月ほぼ滞在してくれるのですが、今回は大阪大学とのリサーチのため、メインは大阪で、休みの３日間をつかってきてくれました。

家族同然のソフィ。次男のあいとくん去年は
「えふぃー」としかいえなかったのが、しっかり「ソフィ、レッツプレイ」と言えるようになって、成長を感じました。

滞在中はこれまた恒例の知人のお家訪問からの草引き、そしてこれまたお友達になったチャープさん訪問。
暮らすように旅するソフィ、またきてくださいね。

We had Sofi from Finland back to Ayabe again
This is her 5th time. It had been 7years that first time she came.
Most of time she stayed about a month here,
But this time she has a job to do. So mainly in Osaka, came to Ayabe for 3 nights.

There was only Saku, elder son only. And now our younger son Aito recognized her as a friend or relative because he has been meeting her since he was born.

While her stay in Couture, we didn’t do anything special. Since she has friends here, we visited and helped her garden, went to other friend’s cafe to catch up.

She is good model for local traveling, Visiting Friends and Relatives(VFR) tourism.

Thank you for coming. We will look forward to seeing you again.

【we had a guest from Germany🇩🇪】
ドイツ人で、アーティストのヤンネさんが黒谷和紙の体験だけでなく、何か手伝いもしたいということで、紙漉き体験の後、楮畑の除草に参加させていただきました。
ドイツの炭鉱（世界遺産）にある陶芸のスタジオで働かれているそうで、作品やクラフトの単なる体験だけでなく、その行程もみて、触れて、知りたいと知識欲がすごく、案内も力が入りました。

新しい楮を引き抜かないように、絡んだカラスノエンドウなどを一本一本抜いていきます。かなり根気がいるお仕事。その一端に少しだけど体感できて喜んでいらっしゃいました。

宿では子供達の面倒を見てくれてありがとう。まだ日本にいるということなので、またお待ちしております。

We had a guest from Germany. We haven been contacting long time. At first she was interested in KUROTANI WASHI for the workshop and help some of process because she works for the pottery and coloring.

Then ended up that we are going to help KOZO plantation,workshop and she decided to stay overnights at our farmstay.
We had OKONOMI party and next morning Rice flour bakery.
Thank you for coming this time.

【We made Soba noodles!】
台湾からクチュール3回目のペギーさんとウーちゃん、カイちゃんが、蕎麦打ち体験をしてくれました！
月1で開催されている、地元の蕎麦打ちグループに混ぜてもらいました！
途中、兄弟喧嘩で中断したけど、なんとか完成！
歳が近いとケンカもするよね〜😅
美味しく食べていただきなによりです☺️
地元の蕎麦打ち先生方、お世話になりました💚

Peggy-san, who is staying with us from Taiwan for her third Couture visit, together with Wu-chan and Kai-chan, joined a soba-making experience!

We took part in a local soba-making group that meets once a month.

There was a little interruption halfway through because of a sibling quarrel, but we somehow managed to finish the soba in the end!

When kids are close in age, arguments happen sometimes, right? 😅

Most importantly, everyone enjoyed eating the soba ☺️

A big thank you to the local soba-making teachers for all their help 💚

【we had a guest from Germany🇩🇪】
トビアスはドイツから初来日で、綾部へ6泊。
アニメ好きなトビアスは日本のフィギアの安さに感動。大好きな「マオマオ」と「任士」を見せてくれました！
アニメ好きとあれば！人肌抜きましょう。まずは近隣のコラボレストラン確認☎️
そして呪術廻戦コラボ中のくら寿司へ早速GO 🚙
各種景品だけでなくお寿司の安さにも大満足。
サーモン2貫が600円くらいするとのこと。
もう欧州で外食できないなー。
その後一番くじやハードオフを紹介して、集英社100周年記念Tシャツ販売中のユニクロへ。

そんなトビアス、クラフトも好きということで、紙漉きにも挑戦。子供達の通学にも付き合ってくれる気さくなオタクさん。綾部の後は大好きな進撃の聖地の日田市へ。東京でもコラボカフェや秋葉原楽しんでね！
ありがとう。またアニメの話しよう！

We had Tobias from Germany. The main reason he came to Japan for the first time is ANIME.
When we have ANIME lovers traveler, theわeyes of the owner sparkle as usually.
We checked ANIME collaboration restaurants and cafe. So we head for KURA sushi which right now is having JYUJYUTSU KAISEN collaboration. He is happy to get some ANIME items and SUSHI such a cheap price.
Since he didn’t know UNIQLO, the owner also was thinking to visit to buy MANGA collaborating T shirt. He got ONE PIECE T-shirt and also was surprised that he got MANGA collaborated item so cheap.

Since he stays with us for 6 nights, we have WASHI workshop, onsen and walking.

We hope he is having good ANIME pilgrimage.
Thank you. Looking forward to talking about ANIME again.

ジャージエさん1ヶ月の滞在ありがとう！
ラスト２日は手植えと機械植えの田植え体験、BBQ大会とおもいっきり里山を楽しみチェックアウト→関空→上海へと帰って行かれました！
またお待ちしてますねー

【we had a guest from Osaka🇬🇧🇯🇵】
3月に、一年ぶりにきてくれたフィリックス。現在は大阪で暮らしていて、ゴールデンウィークにも三日間きて子供達といっぱい遊んでくれました！
最終日は黒谷和紙の、型染め体験からのあじき堂さんで美味しいお蕎麦いただき、いい満さんで、ピザで締めのゴールデンコース！📃🍜🍕
ありがとう！またきてね🖐️

Feliks came back again for 3 days!
This year he came to Couture in March.
After that, he lives in Osaka.
So when he had a little holiday, came back to play with kids.
On the last day, we had WASHI KATAZOME workshop, tasty AJIKIDO SOBA and incredible IIMAN pizza .iiman in 1 day.
What a gorgeous day!

【we are having a guest from Shanghai🇨🇳】
4月後半から1ヶ月間上海出身のジャージエさんが泊まってくれています。デジタルノマドな旅人（最近多い！）
この頃は１箇所だけ長く泊まる旅のスタイルだそうで、三月はベトナムのダナンに1ヶ月いたそう。

毎日自転車で、上林をぶらぶらしたり、お仕事されています。
日本語も上手で、上海や中国の知らないこといっぱい教えてくれます。オーナーは個人的にも添乗員でも何度も中国行っていますが、まだまだ知らないこと多い。いろいろ教えてくれてありがとう。
あと数日楽しんでください！

We are having a guest from Shanghai right now.
He has been at our place for 3 weeks already and 1 more week.
He works online, go cycling and loves onsen.
This is a typical a month stay plan here.
He study’s Japanese by himself and teaches us about current Shanghai or China.
Even I visited many times in China but lots of new story from him.
you for coming to stay with us and enjoy 1 more week.

【イタドリは美味しい！】
大阪に住んでた時は食べた事なかったイタドリ、この季節の楽しみです。
敷地内や道端にニョキニョキ生えてきます。
皮剥きは子供達の仕事。
1ヶ月泊まってくれてる上海出身のジャーさんも手伝ってくれました！
沸騰した湯に30秒ほど浸し、あく抜きしてから使います。（浸しすぎると溶けてくる）
お揚げと炊いたんが好き。
成長したイタドリはチャンバラごっこしたり笛にも。最後の動画はうちのイタドリと笛の音。なかなか良い音です！

Back when I lived in Osaka, I had never eaten Japanese knotweed, but now it’s one of the joys of this season.
It pops up everywhere around our property and along the roadside.

Peeling the stalks is the kids’ job.
Jiaji-san, who is from Shanghai and staying with us for a month, helped out too!

We blanch the knotweed in boiling water for about 30 seconds to remove the bitterness before cooking. (If you leave it in too long, it starts to fall apart.)

I especially like it simmered with fried tofu.

Once the knotweed grows bigger, the kids use it for pretend sword fights and even make whistles out of it.
The last video shows our knotweed whistle and the sound it makes — surprisingly nice!

【we had guests from France🇫🇷】
少し前、京都で1ヶ月ほど滞在しているデジタルノマドな2人が来てくれました。ゴールデンウィーク入る前に北部観光ということで、レンタカーで伊根を回って、クチュール翌日は美山へ。
どこでも仕事でき旅できるのは20年前は信じられなかたったので、羨ましい限り。

クチュールで、この時期の名物野草収穫してからの天ぷらディナーを一緒楽しみました！食後は恒例土曜のボードゲームナイト！
また来てくださいね。

We had 2 French digital nomads who lives in Kyoto for a month.
It was nice idea that they traveled north of Kyoto before Golden week starts.

While they are here, it is Spring special which is picking wild edible plants and young leaf like Japanese peppers a.k.a SANSHO.
Then we taste it Spring flavor by making them TEMPURA.

【we had a guest from Norway🇳🇴】
4月にはいり、長男くんは三年生、次男は幼稚園入園、オーナーは自治会長と新生活にまだ慣れないですが、そんな中ノルウェーからマリタさんが3泊してくれました。まさに次男くんの入園式の午後、黒谷和紙の体験にはじまり、温泉や里山散策、そしてビーガンたこ焼きや初の開店寿司へ。
文豪ストレイドッグコラボしてて、ラッキー！

デザインをされ、アニメやマンガが好きということで、東京ではマンガ作画体験をされるとのこと✒️
羨ましい

We had Marita from Norway. She stayed with our for 3 nights.
When she was here, mostly just like others, read books, walked around, played with our kids(this is very helpful).
We also had vegan,gluten free Takoyaki as well.
And we visited sushi place and told her what she can try. Also we are lucky that they had BUNGO STRAY DOGS collaboration!
Thank you for the story about the countryside of Norway. Definitely we will visit Norway some day!
And we appreciated that you chose us for your first time visit in Japan.
