その一杯には、卓越した技と想いが込められています。

ホテル創成札幌 Mギャラリーコレクションでは、特別な二夜限定で、すすきのの名店「Bar Tradition」オーナーバーテンダー・渡部通大氏をゲストミクソロジストとしてお迎えしました。

ライブで仕上げられる6種類のシグネチャーカクテルは、一杯ごとに異なる個性と物語を映し出します。映像でご紹介する「オリジナルビターテイストカルーアミルク」も、その一つ。丁寧な所作と確かな技が織りなす、特別な一杯です。

Mギャラリーでは、一杯のカクテルもまた、その土地ならではの物語を紡ぐ大切な体験です。

For two exclusive evenings, we were honoured to welcome award-winning bartender Michihiro Watabe of Bar Tradition to our Bar Lounge. Renowned for his dedication to the art of mixology, Watabe-san transformed each pour into a memorable experience, where craftsmanship, creativity, and genuine hospitality harmonised in every glass.

Throughout the evening, guests discovered six distinctive signature cocktails, each prepared live before their eyes. Featured in this moment is the *Original Bittersweet Kahlúa Milk*—a creation that reflects the artistry, precision, and passion behind every cocktail.

At MGallery Collection, every cocktail tells a story. This was one worth savouring.
