今回は、6月1日（月）から6月15日（月）の期間限定でご提供する、「ホワイトアスパラガスの温製 オランデーズソース」をご紹介いたします。
本来はディナーコース限定のメニューですが、名残惜しい春の味覚を存分に味わっていただくため、期間中はランチ・ディナーともにアラカルトとしてお楽しみいただけます。
ホワイトアスパラガスが持つ上品な甘みと、オランデーズソースの爽やかな酸味が奏でる絶妙なハーモニーを、この機会にぜひご賞味くださいませ。

本アワードは、ホスピタリティ分野における建築・インテリア・デザインを総合的に評価し、世界各国から優れたホテルおよびプロジェクトを選出する国際的な賞です。アジア太平洋部門では、同地域を代表する限られたプロジェクトのみがノミネートされます。
最終結果は、2026年9月11日、ロンドンにて開催される授賞式当日に発表される予定です。
