【碧の茶会｜日本茶体験イベント開催】

ポルトムインターナショナル北海道館内にて、
碧茶東京 AOCHA TOKYO 主催の日本茶体験イベント「碧の茶会」が開催されます。

2025年12月にご好評をいただいた企画の第2弾として、
煎茶ベーシック講座・抹茶講座の2種類のワークショップが実施されます。

ポルトムインターナショナル北海道では、お酒をテーマに、それぞれのお酒に合う料理や酒肴をご提案する体験型イベント「一酒一会」を開催いたします。

第一弾となる今回は、創業148年を数える小林酒造より、専務取締役小林米秋氏をゲストにお迎えし、日本酒が生まれる背景や酒造りの思いについてのお話を伺いながら、下鴨茶寮の料理とのペアリングをお楽しみいただきます。

当日は、日本酒6種類をご用意。
それぞれの個性に合わせて組み立てられた料理とともに、味わいの広がりや組み合わせの妙をご体感いただけます。

Starting April 1, afternoon tea will be available at THE BAR on the 8th floor of Portom International Hokkaido.

Our afternoon tea, once enjoyed by many guests at our 8th-floor bar, returns in a renewed style.
Set in a unique location overlooking the airport runway, this reservation-only afternoon tea offers a relaxing experience in a truly special setting.

Enjoy afternoon tea while watching aircraft take off and land—an experience unique to an airport hotel.
Spending a peaceful daytime moment in a runway-view bar is possible only during this afternoon tea service.

The menu begins with seasonal appetizers such as a mini soup and quiche, followed by an afternoon tea stand featuring savory items and a selection of pastries crafted by our pastry chef.
Seasonal fruits and mignardises complete the experience, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of flavors in small, elegant portions.

Our drink selection includes organic herbal teas from Lien Farm in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, as well as fine teas from FORTNUM & MASON in the UK, carefully chosen to complement the afternoon tea.
