Now in its 16th year, France Restaurant Week is Japan's largest celebration of French cuisine. Tateru Yoshino is proud to take part once again.

This year's theme is "Sustainable French."

Our answer: the terroir of Hokkaido, drawn with French technique.

Fish delivered straight from the port of Suttsu. Fromage blanc from the dairy town of Kuromatsunai. Ezo venison from the forests of this island.

Rather than bringing ingredients from afar, our chef travels toward the producers. Each course traces a point on the map of Hokkaido — available for 31 days only.

✨We often receive this question from our guests!Actually, our hotel, PORTOM INTERNATIONAL HOKKAIDO, is located directly above the International Terminal Building at New Chitose Airport.

Look at the photo—the entire white structure spanning the 5th to 8th floors right above the glass-walled terminal is our guest room area (171 rooms in total).

⚠️Please Note:We are located on the International side (the area expanded in 2020), not the Domestic terminal side.

Please head toward the International terminal when you visit us.

In contrast to its futuristic exterior design, stepping inside reveals a serene space filled with traditional Japanese art, including masterpieces by Katsushika Hokusai.
