At Nihonbashi IRORI Hostel and Kitchen, we have a big kitchen and irori (the traditional Japanese cooking hearth/fireplace). Guests from all over the world gather around the irori to experience Japanese culture and lifestyle through food and casual conversations. Connecting places, people, and cultures. Stay in Nihonbashi, the town that served as the main terminal for Edo, the capital, as well as the rest of Japan for hundreds of years. Our goal is to be a bridge, connecting travellers from overseas with the local side of Japan.
