今回楽しめるのは、玉露ポケバーガーとドリンク3種。
緑茶の中でも甘みや旨みが際立つ「玉露」を、Talk Shopらしいバーガーやドリンクで気軽に楽しめるメニューに仕上げました。

玉露の海苔やだしを思わせる香りと奥深い味わいを活かした、魚が主役のポケスタイルバーガー。
ハマチに玉露、アサリ出汁などを合わせ、茶葉をまとった香ばしいフライドオニオンで食感をプラス。柚子胡椒ソースで仕上げました。

The menu features a gyokuro poke burger and three gyokuro drinks, reimagining one of Japan’s finest green teas in Talk Shop’s casual, modern style.

A fish-based poke burger with the mellow sweetness and deep umami of gyokuro. Yellowtail is paired with clam broth, yuzu kosho sauce, and crispy fried onions coated in tea leaves, creating a savory flavor that recalls nori seaweed and Japanese dashi.

Slow-brewed for 12 hours at a low temperature to draw out gyokuro’s soft natural sweetness.
