My new year's guest, Ms. Molly have just gave me extremely lovely review!!
私の新年のゲスト、北京からモリーが素敵なレビューを下さいました！簡単に言うと、
＊綾之は礼儀正しくて良く考えられたWelcome guideを渡してくれて、すごく助かったわ。おまけにスーツケースを失くして大変だったんだけど、綾之が電話で全部対応してくれたお陰で、成田空港で5000円受け取れたの！会えなかったのは残念だけれど、いつか東京か北京で会いましょう。皆さん家族が幸せであるよう＊

I felt Ayano's thoughtfulness even before I began my trip, not only because of her courtesy, but also the guide(pdf) she provided. It contains everything you need, e.g. how to get to the apt, how to get the door key, wifi password, recommended restaurants and store nearby, etc. And the room is just like the pictures showed, very well organized, clean, nicely decorated, well equipped, and perfect location, is very convenient to reach most places ... I didn't get one of my luggage when I arrive NRT airport so I provide this room address and Ayano's tel number for connection cuz I can't speak Japanese. Ayano helped me a LOT about this issue, not just answering the call, but also called the airport many times to communicate, so I got my luggage back soon, they delivered it to my new accommodation directly. Ayano even tried to claim indemnity for me!! and I really got 5000 yen from the airport at the end indeed. I was amazed. Thank you Ayano!! Unfortunately I didn't meet Ayano ever, she was not in Tokyo on new year holidays. I hope we have chance to meet each other in Beijing or Tokyo in the future. I want to show you around in Beijing.
