【The illumination is held traditionally every year! 】
In the courtyard of Hotel Mt. Fuji the yearly traditional illumination is held from late November to the end of March (entrance is free).
During the day you can take commemorative photos with Mt. Fuji in the background and at night commemorative photos with the illumination. It will give you cherished memories of your trip.
During this time the hotel prepares special dinners and original cocktails with the illumination as the theme. We are looking forward to your stay.

~Mt. Fuji and the Bright Red Scenery~
For two weeks starting from October 27, the Autumn Colors Festival, a famous autumn event at the foot of Mount Fuji close to the hotel, will be held.
It will be held at one of the Fuji Five Lakes, Lake Yamanaka.
A 180-meters long Japanese maple corridor charms the visitors with its contrasting colors.
With the floodlighting at night, you can fully enjoy the long autumn night and the wondrous bright-red scenery. (Due to the cold air, please do not forget to wear warm clothing.)
There will be events planned and many local goods for sale in Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays during the festival period. You will be able to satisfy yourself with Japan's autumn.

【 One of Japan's three most unique festivals: the Yoshida Fire Festival 】
Every year on August 26th and 27th, the Yoshida Fire Festival takes place, announcing the end of the mountain climbing season of Mt. Fuji. It is known for being one of Japan's three most unique festivals and it attracts over 200,000 visitors every year. As it is tradition for many Japanese festivals, the entire town becomes crowded with various stalls and shops. During the climax, around 70 to 80 3-meter tall taimatsu torches are lit up, illuminating the night of Mt. Fuji and the streets of Fujiyoshida with their flames.
