Come glide the infamously deep and light Hokkaido powder with us and feel a unique experience at Alkaline Lodge. We are a small lodge located in central Hokkaido’s powder kingdom, Furano, and offer full service powder trips to anyone who loves riding deep snow. Our lodge is within a 12 minute drive of Furano Ski Resort, the largest resort in the area, and within a 1 hr 30 minute drive of Tomamu and Kamui Ski Resorts. The consistently cold, deep snow, terrain ranging from pillow lines and open bowls to tight, steep tree runs, and various riding locations will have any type of rider grinning ear to ear by the end of the trip. After a long day of riding we’ll return back to the comfort of the lodge where you can rest your powder legs and feel at home. In the evenings you can experience how incredible Japanese culture is by visiting the natural hot springs and many awesome restaurants of Furano.
