【重要】不審なメッセージにご注意ください
現在、当館をご予約いただいた一部のお客様に対し、メッセージアプリ「WhatsApp（ワッツアップ）」を通じて、宿泊予約の確認を装い、クレジットカード情報の入力を求める不審なメッセージが届く事例を確認しております。
当館からお客様に対し、WhatsApp等を通じて、予約確認を目的としたクレジットカード情報の入力やお支払いをお願いすることは一切ございません。
このようなメッセージを受信された場合は、被害を防ぐために以下の点に十分ご注意ください。
・記載されているURLやリンクは絶対にクリックしないでください。
・クレジットカード情報や個人情報を入力しないでください。
・不審なメッセージには返信せず、指示に従って支払いや送金を行わないでください。
万が一、不審なサイトにカード情報を入力されたり、支払い・送金を行ってしまった場合は、速やかにご利用のカード会社へご相談ください。

We have become aware that some guests with reservations at our hotel have received suspicious messages via the messaging app "WhatsApp," falsely claiming that credit card information is required to confirm their booking.
Please be advised that we never ask our guests to enter credit card information or make payments via WhatsApp or similar platforms for the purpose of reservation confirmation.
If you receive such a message, please take the following precautions to prevent any potential harm:
• Do not click on any URLs or links provided in the message.
• Do not enter your credit card information or personal details.
• Do not reply to suspicious messages, and do not make payments or money transfers as instructed.
In the event that you have entered your credit card details on a suspicious website or executed a payment or transfer, please contact your credit card company immediately.
We sincerely apologize for any concern this situation may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
