やな漁場が解禁しました

長良川最上流のひるがのに雨が降ると、
約3時間後に水量が増え、
鮎がやな漁場へと現れます

その一瞬を逃さないために、
雨が降れば、昼夜を問わずスタッフが待機

川の変化を見守りながら、
新鮮な郡上鮎をお届けするために漁を行います

ただ食べるだけではなく、
この土地の自然の流れと、
人の手仕事が重なって届く一尾

それが、和み舎せせらぎで味わう郡上鮎の魅力です

そして、やなは鮎を楽しむだけの場所ではありません

流れが穏やかな場所では水遊びもできるので、

The ayu weir fishing site at Nagomiya Seseragi is now open.

When it rains in Hirugano, near the uppermost reaches of the Nagara River,
the water level rises about three hours later,
bringing ayu to the weir.

To serve the freshest Gujo ayu,
our staff stand by whenever it rains, day or night,
watching the river and fishing at the right moment.

This is more than just a meal.
It is a seasonal experience shaped by nature,
the Nagara River, and careful hands.

The weir is also a place where families can enjoy playing in the water,
thanks to its gentle flow.

For dinner, enjoy Kei-chan,
a beloved local specialty from Gifu.
Rich, savory, and perfect for sharing,
it turns an evening meal into one of the highlights of the trip.

You will also find fresh vegetables and meats from the rich natural surroundings of Hirugano,
bringing the taste of the region straight to your table.

And in the morning,
we are offering ayu rice made with Gujo ayu, a local fish officially recognized by the Japanese government.
It is a breakfast that lets you truly feel the richness of this land in every bite.

To complete the morning,
there is also toast and coffee,
just right for a fresh and peaceful start to the day.
