Hello everyone! My name is 沢田 昇太 (S***a Sawada), owner of share house Your Base / host of homestay travelers.

I'm using Homii / ホーミー/ Homy 's service
I have decided to become a homestay host.
A post about the recruitment!

I moved to Hachimantai-city, Iwate-prefecture from February 2019.
I treat my share mate / gust as family.

Fortunately, our house consists of variety of people with their beautiful characteristics.
College student, movie creator, youtuber, chef…they make our life in Hachimantai fantastic.
One of them had lived in the U.S for 6 years, so don’t worry if you have trouble with Japanese.

You will have an experience you cannot enjoy at any other place like hotel.

S***a’s oun rule:

I love traveling abroad, and I really like to talk to people from foreign countries. Please come talk to me and I’ll do my best to make your stay in Japan more fun!

S***a’s hobby:
Taking a drive, hot sprint (ONSEN), watching movies, listening to music, mountain climbing, camping, cooking, workout, sports, drinking SAKE, and eating meat!!

What S***a will provide our guests:
S***a can teach how to cook Japanese foods!
S***a can provide the activities that you can enjoy only at Hachimantai, the rural area in Japan!
Why you don’t ski or snowboard with S***a?
S***a will take you to the top of Mt. Iwate (2038m = 6686ft)!
I will introduce you to many local citizens, so that you can make Japanese friends!!

What S***a expect our guest to do :
Teach S***a your language!
S***a want to enjoy cuisine of your country!
S***a want to know about your country!
S***a want to know your hobby and enjoy together!

Hachimantai is waiting for you!!
