ライター・藤田千恵子氏が厳選した日本酒と、旬の味覚を取り入れた会席料理「花扇スタイル」のペアリング、そして立川直樹氏による音楽の演出とともにお楽しみいただく、一夜限りの特別なディナーイベント。

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting "Konatsu: A Midsummer Evening Banquet" at Gora Hanaougi.
This one-night-only dinner event featured a pairing of carefully selected Japanese sake, curated by writer Chieko Fujita, with our seasonal Hanaougi Style kaiseki cuisine, accompanied by a special musical performance by Naoki Tachikawa.
Thanks to everyone who joined us, the evening became a truly memorable occasion filled with warm conversations, smiles, and unforgettable moments. We sincerely appreciate your presence and support.

6月を迎え、お料理も新たな季節の味わいへと変わりました。
今月のお吸い物は、旬の鱧を用いた「鱧にゅう麺」でございます。
鱧は細やかな骨切りを施し、くず粉をまとわせてから湯通ししております。
鱧の骨から丁寧に引いた出汁に素麺を合わせ、蓴菜のつるりとした食感とインゲンの彩りを添えました。

ふんわりと立ちのぼる出汁の香りに、青ゆずの爽やかな香りがすっと広がり、梅肉のほどよい酸味が全体を引き締めます。
旬を迎えた鱧ならではのやさしい旨みを、どうぞごゆっくりお愉しみください。

With the arrival of June, our menu has begun to reflect the fresh flavors of the new season.
This month’s clear soup is “Hamo Nyūmen,” made with seasonal conger eel (hamo).
The hamo is carefully scored to remove the fine bones, lightly coated in kudzu starch, and briefly blanched. It is then served with somen noodles in a delicate broth made from simmered hamo bones. We add junsai for its smooth, jelly-like texture and green beans for color.
The gentle aroma of the broth is lifted by the refreshing scent of green yuzu, while a touch of ume (pickled plum) adds a light acidity that brings the dish into balance.
We hope you take your time and enjoy the delicate umami flavor that only peak-season hamo can offer.."
