Beef stew bread in Watanabe Bakery!

Today is my off day but not Watanabe Bakery. Therefore, I decided to have this bread set as my late lunch. The tender beef and crisp bread are good combination!
This bakery was established in 1891, and now still making delicious bread for all bread-lovers in Miyanosh*ta, Hakone.

You can enjoy wonderful traditional festivals at Odawara from May 3rd to May 5th. You will see locals in their local Happi uniforms and hear festive traditional music everywhere.
The climax of the festival starts around 18:00 of May 5th at the gate of Matsubara Shrine near the castle. Each group of local township runs into the shrine shouldering a portable shrine in order. It is really dynamic and charming. Why don’t you book K’s house Hakone and explore the traditional charms of Odawara?


五月三日から五日は小田原の地元のお祭。どこに行っても賑やかなお囃子と法被姿の勇ましい姿が。特に五日の夕方から始まる松原神社への宮入りは勇壮そのもの。箱根に泊まってゆっくり楽しみたいですね。

We have been to the Sakura light up in Miyagino Hayakawa-tsutsumi few days ago. They are still beautiful in the coming few days. Why not come and visit them in this weekend! You can take the bus (H line) and get off at Miyagino bus stop. Just few steps walk.
