Spring Event! We are delighted to announce our Tasting Seminar with Ki no Bi Gin Brand Ambassador, Mr. Hiroyasu Kato. 🌸🥰
The seminar will include tastings of five Ki no Bi series cocktails (Ki no Bi, Ki no Bi Sei, Ki no Tea, Ki no Sugar Island, and Ki no Ume), along with a chance to make your own gin and tonic and other standard cocktails. Moreover, our bartenders will create unique Ki no Bi cocktails and guests will enjoy original food pairings featuring Japanese ingredients. Tasting for premium Ki no Bi is also included—a special chance to try this limited-edition gin, with an annual production of 200 bottles! The event will be in Japanese but English language support is available for our international guests.🍸🥢
Produced by the Kyoto Distillery, Ki no Bi Kyoto Dry Gin is a small-batch, artisanal gin with a Japanese heart. It is created from a high-quality rice spirit and local botanicals, including yuzu, lemon, sanshō pepper and ginger, all sourced at the peak of the season from mostly around Kyoto and blended with pure water. The Kyoto Distillery has been awarded the “International Gin Producer of the Year” in both 2018 and 2021, as well taking top awards at the world's leading sake competitions.👏🥇
