This special course, crafted by sake sommelier Masaki Tada and Chef Tomoyuki Nishiyama of Crescita, features an abundance of seasonal ingredients from Kanagawa.
We will carefully pair each dish with a local sake that brings out its full charm.

With over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry specializing in service and sake, he is currently active nationwide as a “traveling sake sommelier.”
His unique style—identifying the character of each sake and serving it at the optimal temperature in the perfect vessel—is known as “Tada Magic” and has captivated many sake enthusiasts.
He is a leading authority on sake pairing, creating rich, harmonious experiences where food and sake resonate together.
