2026年グリーンシーズンは、6月1日（月）から10月31日（土）までの営業を予定し、その予約受付を3月15日（日）午前10時より開始いたします。

そんな大雪の対応をしつつ、今年のグリーンシーズンに向けてどのようにお客様をお迎えしようかと、スタッフ一同で議論を重ねております。

そんな次第で、例年2月1日に売り出し開始を行うところ、今期は3月の発売を予定しております。

発売日が決定次第、またご案内を申し上げます。

A powerful cold wave has swept across Japan, covering Hakuba Kitaone Kogen Highland in soft, fluffy snow. FIELD SUITE HAKUBA is now completely blanketed in white.

While responding to this heavy snowfall, our team is now carefully discussing how best to welcome guests for this year’s Green Season.

Although reservations typically open on February 1, sales for the 2026 Green Season are now scheduled to begin in March.

The exact release date will be announced as soon as it is confirmed.

Snow Peak FIELD SUITE HAKUBA KITAONE KOGENの吉平翔ソムリエによるワインペアリングの指南書『ロジックを楽しむ ワインペアリングの教科書』が、朝日新聞出版より発売になりました。

吉平ソムリエは、2019年のオープン時からソムリエを務め、鈴木伸悟シェフのコース料理一皿ひとさらに合わせたペアリングが秀逸で、多くのファンを生んできました。

FIELD SUITE HAKUBA のペアリングや、鈴木シェフと吉平ソムリエによるご自宅で楽しめるレシピも紹介されています。

The wine pairing guidebook "Enjoying the Logic: A Textbook on Wine Pairing," by Sho Yoshihira, sommelier at Snow Peak FIELD SUITE HAKUBA KITAONE KOGEN, was released by Asahi Shimbun Publications.

Since the opening of FSH in 2019, Sho Yoshihira has served as sommelier, creating meticulous pairings for each course by Chef Shingo Suzuki. His work has earned wide acclaim and a devoted following.

The book also introduces wine pairings from FIELD SUITE HAKUBA’s menu, along with recipes for elegant home entertaining by Chef Suzuki and Sommelier Yoshihira.

北アルプスでは、例年10月中旬ごろに初冠雪が観測され、冬の訪れを告げる自然のサインとなります。

この時期の白馬では、山麓の「緑」、中腹の「紅葉の赤」、山頂の「雪の白」が重なり合う、“三段紅葉”と呼ばれる美しい景色が広がります。

昨年は11月7日、一昨年は10月6日に観測された初冠雪。
今年は、どの瞬間にその知らせが届くのか、秋の深まりとともに、静かにその時を待ちたいと思います。

In Japan’s Northern Alps, the first snowfall is usually observed around mid-October — a gentle sign that winter is near.
During this season in Hakuba, the mountains are painted in a breathtaking gradation of colors — the green of the foothills, the crimson of the mid-slopes, and the white of snow-capped peaks — a spectacular sight known as the “Three-Tiered Autumn” (Sandan Kōyō).
Last year, the first snowfall was observed on November 7, and the year before, on October 6.
As autumn deepens, we quietly await the moment when the mountains will once again be touched by winter’s first snow.
