Kikunoya Annex
A tranquil retreat where the warmth of wood meets the quiet charm of tradition.
Located within a nationally designated Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings, the annex features design elements that honor the local townscape — such as gray plaster walls and other traditional machiya techniques.
Each of the eight guest rooms, about 40m² in size, is named after one of the “Eight Views of Itsukushima.”
From the rooftop terrace, guests can enjoy sweeping views of the Seto Inland Sea — with sunsets that are simply breathtaking.
