夏休みに、仲良し4家族で一棟貸切プランをご利用いただきました。
皆さんは以前、滋賀県で一緒に働いていた仲間だそうで、転勤などで離れて暮らすようになった今でも、集まりやすい飯田で再会されているそうです。

子どもたちは到着するとすぐに庭へ飛び出し、虫取りをしたり、スイカ割りをしたり、夜は焚き火や花火を楽しんだりと、夏休みならではの思い出をたくさん作ってくれました。

This summer, we welcomed four families who booked the entire house for a reunion.
They used to work together in Shiga, but after being transferred to different places, they now reunite in Iida to spend time together.

As soon as the children arrived, they rushed into the garden to catch insects, enjoyed a watermelon-splitting game, gathered around the bonfire, and finished the evening with fireworks. It was everything a Japanese summer should be.

𓂃 南信州の花火を、宿から眺める 𓂃

南信州では、夏から秋にかけて、各地で花火大会や神社のお祭りが開催されます。

Cider Barn &moreからは、伊那谷の夜景とともに、飯田下伊那各地で打ち上げられる花火を眺めることができます。

夜風を感じながら、ウッドデッキでシードルを片手に花火を楽しむ。
会場の賑わいとはひと味違う、宿ならではの夏と秋の過ごし方です。

3連休にご宿泊いただいた、岐阜からお越しの素敵なカップルです。
可愛らしい車でお越しくださり、お食事やシードルをゆっくり楽しんでいただきました。

夜は息子と一緒に焚き火を囲み、花火も楽しんでくださり、とても思い出深い時間になりました。

We were delighted to welcome a lovely couple from Gifu over the long weekend.
They arrived in a charming little car and enjoyed our meals and cider during their stay.

8月初旬から、太陽農場の「シナノリップ」の収穫が始まります。

ご宿泊のお客様には、農園をご案内しながら、夏りんごの収穫体験もお楽しみいただけます。

旬は短く、おおよそお盆前までです。

お盆過ぎからは、夏りんご「サンつがる」の収穫が始まります。

𓂃 Summer Stay ③ ｜Apple Picking Experience 🍎 𓂃

From early August, our first summer apple, Shinano Lip, is ready for harvest.

Guests staying at Cider Barn &more are welcome to join our orchard tour and enjoy picking fresh apples straight from the trees.

✧ Shinano Lip
A crisp apple with a refreshing balance of sweetness and acidity.
Its season is short, lasting until around mid-August.

✧ Sun Tsugaru
From mid-August onwards, the harvest of another favourite summer apple begins.

The apples you pick can be taken home for an additional charge.
We can also arrange nationwide delivery within Japan, making them perfect to enjoy at home or to send as a gift.

One of the joys of staying on a working apple farm is experiencing fruit at its very best, straight from the orchard.

A guest from Cambridge, England, stayed with us at Cider Barn &more.
What made his journey even more remarkable was that he arrived by bicycle.

His original plan had been to cycle from Fukuoka, but due to a typhoon he changed his route and started from Kyoto instead, cycling for around two weeks before reaching Iida.
Although it was raining on the day he arrived, he rode up on a beautiful road bike with a smile.

Shimohisakata is part of the Tour of Japan route, and Nagano is home to many roads designated as Japan Cycling Road routes, making it a wonderful place to explore by bike.

イギリス・ケンブリッジからのお客様にご宿泊いただきました。
なんと、自転車でお越しくださいました。

もともとは福岡から走る予定だったそうですが、台風の影響で京都からスタートし、約2週間かけて飯田まで来てくださったそうです。
当日はあいにくの雨でしたが、かっこいいロードバイクで到着された姿がとても印象的でした。

下久堅はツアー・オブ・ジャパンのコースにもなっており、長野県内には「Japan Cycling Road」に指定された道も多くあります。サイクリングを楽しむにはとても魅力的な地域です。
