Market season is officially here! 🥪

Over the past few weekends, we've been busy serving our sourdough sandwiches at some fantastic local events. We were invited by to join their market during Moon Camp, a camping weekend they organized, and the weekend before that you could find us at the Tangram Family Marche (.madarao).

In a week, we'll be back at Lake Nojiri for another market (), and we're hoping there are many more to come this season!

Freshly baked sourdough incoming, order now!

Every Friday we bake fresh sourdough bread: loaves, buns, pain d’épi, and focaccias. Whether you’re after bread for your daily lunch, hamburger buns for the weekend, or something to dip during your barbecue, we’ve got you covered. Simply place your order before Tuesday 5 PM, depending on your address possibilities differ from home delivery, pickup in Madarao, or one of our pickup points, depending on your address.

And a little tip from us: sourdough freezes really well. So if you’re worried you won’t finish a loaf in time but still want that daily slice of sourdough, simply slice it up and freeze it. Pop it in the toaster, and it’s ready to eat!

This time of year, we swap our bibs for overalls, and our cold fingers turn into green ones. Some vegetables made it through the winter stronger than ever, while others are already beginning to bloom. We’re excited to bring our own harvest back to the table, whether in our daily dishes or featured in one of our 6-course dinners!
