望翠荘の大切なお客様へ
日頃より当館ををご愛顧いただきありがとうございます！
私どもは創業当時から、ここ白馬村に来てくださるお客様に快適に過ごしていただきたいという想いで営業を続けてまいりました。
その想いは初代から第４代目となる現在に至っても全く変わることなく、そしてこの先も変わることはありません。
世界中からいらっしゃるお客様にもっともっと快適な滞在を実現したいという想いから、当館も次のステージに向かうべく準備の期間に入ることを決断しました。
長年ご贔屓にしてくださった皆様には申し訳ございませんが、来るウィンターシーズンから当館の営業をおやすみさせていただきます。
今シーズンは福岡、東京で大人気の「餃子のラスベガス」様に当館のリビング、ダイニングを運営をしていただくことになりました。
美味しいお食事と素敵なサービスと共に白馬の滞在を引き続き楽しんでいただけましたら幸いです。
また近い将来新しい「望翠荘」の形で皆様をお迎えできることスタッフ一同楽しみにしております。

Dear our guests of Bousuiso
Thank you for your continued patronage of our hotel!
Since the time of our establishment, we have continued to operate with the desire to provide a comfortable stay for our guests here in Hakuba Village.
This desire has not changed at all from the first generation to the fourth generation, and it will never change in the future.
We have decided to enter a period of preparation for the next stage of our business, in order to provide a more comfortable stay for our guests from all over the world.
We apologize to all of our long-time guests, but we will be closed for the upcoming winter season.
This season, we are pleased to announce that "Gyoza no Vegas", a very popular restaurant in Fukuoka and Tokyo, will be managing our living room and dining room.
We hope you will continue to enjoy your stay in Hakuba with our delicious food and excellent service.
We all look forward to welcoming you to the new "Bousuiso" in the near future.
