Would you be interested in operating your own Restaurant & Bar in Hakuba?

We are currently taking proposals from an experienced chef or F&B operator to run their own restaurant and bar in our hotel this winter.

We are open to a seasonal lease or management-style contract, in which you can staff and run your own business at The Double Black Hotel.

Our only requirement is that breakfast be provided to our hotel guests at an agreed-upon per-head rate, which we will pay the operator.

The space, location, and clientele would ideally appreciate a modern European / Asian fusion menu.

Staff accommodation can be discussed if required.

JOB OPENING

The Double Black Hotel is sad to see one of our key staff returning early to Australia for personal reasons. As such, we now have a job opening for a female looking to join our team for the rest of the season. The available accommodation is for a female, but if you have accommodation we can consider a male candidate.

General Staff position with 30-40 hours a week ¥1,400 including accommodation. F&B, Driving, Housekeeping.
