台風9号につきまして
石垣島は台風9号の接近・通過が予想されております。
十数年に一度のかなり恐ろしい勢力の台風となっております。（10年前は、電柱・車が倒れ、停電が続きました。）
停電・断水・Wi-Fi不可・浸水等が発生する可能性もあり、安全配慮義務への対応ができかねる場合もございます。
その為、7/9.10.11はキャンセル料金を特別免除対応させていただきます。

●お食事やお飲物等、近隣店舗が閉まる可能性やスーパー等の商品が売切れ等になりますので、早めにご準備くださいませ。
● 風向き等によりお部屋の給気口や換気扇・窓等、逆風による水漏れがおこる場合がございます。
なにかございましたらフロントまでご連絡くださいませ。
●停電になる可能性もございますので、スマホ・タブレット等、早めの充電をおすすめ致します。
●強風等により、WiFiが使えなくなることもございますので、ご了承ください。
●台風が接近中は、危険ですので、外出はお控え頂き、館内でのんびりお過ごしください。

Typhoon No. 9 is expected to approach and pass through the area.
This typhoon is exceptionally powerful-the likes of which we see only once every dozen or so years.
(Ten years ago, it knocked down utility poles and cars and caused prolonged power outages.)
There is a possibility of power outages, water shortages, Wi-Fi disruptions, flooding, and other issues, we will make a special exception and waive cancellation fees for July 9, 10, and 11.

・Please note that nearby restaurants and shops may close, and supermarkets may sell out of supplies, so please make arrangements for meals and beverages well in advance.
・Depending on wind direction, water leakage may occur through room air intakes,
exhaust fans, or windows due to backdrafts.
If you experience any issues, please contact the front desk.
・There is also a possibility of power outages,
so we recommend charging your smartphones, tablets, and other devices well in advance.
・As it is dangerous while the typhoon is approaching, please refrain from going outside and relax inside the hotel.
