■壱 CAFE グランドオープンのお知らせ
先日のプレオープンにお越しいただいた方、ありがとうございました！！
地元の方、宿にお泊まりのお客様、久しぶりの友人、子連れの方、たまたま前を通りかかった初めましての方まで、とても賑やかな一日になりました。
子どもから大人まで、いろんな世代の方が自然と集まれる場所になれたら嬉しいなと思っています。
一方で、ドリンクやスイーツの提供にお時間をいただいてしまったり、スタッフ側もバタバタしてしまったりと、ご不便をおかけした場面も多くありました。
お待ちいただいた皆さま、本当に申し訳ありませんでした。
グランドオープンに向けて、オペレーションをしっかり見直し、より気持ちよく過ごしていただけるよう改善していきます！
そして、改めて 壱 CAFE グランドオープンのお知らせ です！
7月5日より通常営業 がスタートします。
営業時間
モーニング
8:00〜10:00
カフェ
12:00〜18:00 (金、土、日、月）
14:00-18:00（水、木）
定休日：火曜日
まだまだ至らない点も多いですが、少しずつ皆さんに愛される場所を目指して頑張ります。
これからも壱 CAFEをどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
Grand Opening of ICHI CAFE
Big thanks to everyone who came to our pre-opening the other day. We were so happy to welcome friends, neighbours, hostel guests, familiar faces we hadn't seen in a long time, and those we were seeing for the first time.
Our hope is that ICHI CAFE will become a place where everyone feels welcome—young and old, locals and travellers, people from all walks of life.
As it was our very first day of operation, there were plenty of things for us to learn. We apologise to anyone who had to wait a long time for their food or drinks. We're making improvements to our workflow and hope to provide a much smoother experience from our Grand Opening onwards.
From 5th July, our opening hours will be:
Breakfast
8:00–10:00
Cafe
12:00–18:00 (Fri–Mon)
14:00–18:00 (Wed–Thu)
Closed: Tuesday
