彼の旅の物語を描写するように、思い出の詰まった品々が部屋を彩ります。フランスらしい黒と白をメインカラーとし、20世紀のクラシックな家具をセレクト。また、漆を連想させる鮮やかな朱色をアクセントとして用いることで、金沢とフランスへの情熱と愛を表現した部屋となっています。

As a world-known culinary maestro and one of the most inspiring chefs in the world, Andre Chiang who traveled around the globe collecting the best travel memories along his journey from Taiwan, Thailand, China, Seychelles, Singapore and France where he spent most of his career time there. He dedicated the space to share his passion and love to both Kanazawa and France.
Sophisticated selected a classic French 20’s century piece as a main thematic. The embellishments have portraited the story of the owner’s journey. Color of black and white represent France is the main thematic can be found in most of the furniture
pieces and decorations, accent with the vibrant of Japanese orange lacquer color.
