The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one has two single beds and the other room is a Tatami room(a room with rice straw mattress as a floor, and it is a very Japanese traditional style room.) Both bed rooms and living room have air conditioning units with cold and hot functions. If six people are to stay in, one person must sleep in the living room, but will have his own privacy, closing doors, even if any other guests need to use toilet or the kitchen in the middle of the night. It is a separate room. Free parking is provided for one car, and extra charge of 500 yen per day per extra car. Please check availability before coming. There is no coin-operating parking around. The apartment also has a washing machine but not dryer. Instead, we provide a bar outside to hang your laundry. Good for the guests who travel for a long period. If you prefer, there is a launderette nearby. There is free WiFi connected to an ultra fast unlimited DSL 50Mbps (download and upload) connection. Interaction with Guests

This property is excellent for families. There is a nice small playground just behind the property, and it is an excellent place to see the cherry blossom, the changing colour of the leaves in autumn or just play with your kids. It could be a great opportunity for your kids to get to know other nationalities. Narrow roads where cars need to drive slowly(nursery school near by). Kids can be seeing at any time, if you are driving please refrain from speeding. Enjoy a genuine Japanese bath at the super spa Waonoyu Onsen located 5 minutes walk. Many bathtubs indoor and outdoor, whirlpool bath, sauna, steam room, massage, restaurant and hairdresser. Please contact us for discount tickets. There are 24 hours supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants, convenience stores, public bath tubs, all walking distance from the apartment. Please refer to our guide map we send once the reservation is done. There is a hospital located 5 mins walk from the apartment, in case of emergency. Also clinics: GP, skin, eyes, labour/delivery clinic and dentist in 3-10min walk. In case of emergency, please knock on our door upstairs, we will help you. Getting Around
The apartment has a great location. Only 5 minutes from Higashi-Kanazawa station, that is only one station away from the main Kanazawa station. FREE BUS: If you have the JR PASS you can reach Casa Sanpond using the JR Bus for FREE!! Bus stop to/from city center are 5 mins walk from the apartment. 10mins to Higashiyama, 13mins to Kenroku Park, 20mins to Katamachi. We have printed bus and train schedules with translation for you . Inside the house you will find maps and tours about Kanazawa and Ishikawa, with information on how to organize. Supermarkets, drug stores, convenient stores, restaurants and bars are all located with a short walk from the property. Taxi costs from/to city center should not be more than 2000 yens. Other Things to Note
Babies under 2 years old are free of charge unless they need a bed and towels. If you count your baby as one person, we will provide a baby cot/crib(good for age up to 1yr old), beddings and towels. In any case we will provide a kitchen baby chair, plastic plates, toys and, if needed, a baby car too. We are a fully legal accommodation service, we have all permits from local and national government and we comply with the new 2016 regulations. This means more security for you and your family. We will allow earlier Check In or later Check Out depending if we have other bookings that day, as we will need time to clean and arrange the house. In any case, you are allow to leave your suitcases with us at any time. Please let us know what time you are planning to arrive so we can arrange.
