We always enjoy visiting Kanazawa’s famous 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art. It has many interesting and playful exhibitions and displays, such as this colourful mural! We look forward to the museum's opening on June 27th.

🌸 Sakura cherry blossom season is one of the most magical times in Japan!

Our favourite sakura spots in Kanazawa are at Kanazawa Castle Park, Kenrokuen Garden and along the Sai River, where people are few - ideal for a leisurely stroll amongst the pink blossoms.

犀川沿いに美しい桜が咲き、毎日たくさんの人が散歩をしたり記念撮影を楽しんでいました。金沢城公園や兼六園だけでなく、金沢にはたくさんのお花見スポットがあります。来年は心置きなく外で桜の季節を楽しみたいですね！

かつて映画監督でもあった勅使河原宏氏デザインのあやとり橋は、ユニークなS字型の橋で、加賀山中温泉にあります。橋から見える鶴仙渓の眺めは絶景で、４月〜11月ごろには川床でくつろぐ事も出来ます。

Ayatori Bridge is a unique S-shaped bridge located at Kaga Yamanaka Onsen, just outside of Kanazawa city. 🍃 The view of Tsurusen Gorge from the bridge is superb and you can relax by the riverbed from April to November. 😊

⛄️ 今年は暖冬と言われ金沢でも雪の日は少なく、雪景色を見る機会もほとんどありませんでした。
少し山の方にドライブに行くと、雪が残っている場所があったので雪だるまを作って遊びました。　春はすぐそこまで来ていますね！

Though this winter is said to be warmer than usual, there were some snow days in Kanazawa! We made some mini snowmen when we had the chance! However, it does feel like spring is just around the corner 😊
