6/13 ~ 16 G20 related ministers' meeting Information on traffic restrictions around the Karuizawa Prince Hotel and around Karuizawa Station and the use of some facilities in the station yard
JR Karuizawa Station the third floor refreshing hall and community plaza will be suspended from June 12th to 16th.
Plan to stop using Karuizawa Station parking lot
North Entrance Plaza 1st parking lot: From 21:00 on the 13th to 20:00 on the 14th

※ We can use only Karuizawa Station north exit 1F west side (the stairs side)

G20 Related Ministers Meeting The day before and during the period (6 / 14-16)
Please use Karuizawa Station south exit
This meeting is an unprecedented large-scale international conference, with more than 50 ministers and a total of 1,000 participants. As many participants from each country are expected to use the Shinkansen, it is expected that the north exit of Karuizawa Station will be very crowded if the arrivals of the ministers are concentrated.
To avoid congestion at the station north exit, please use the station south exit during the G20 ministerial meeting.
