2009年にオープンした高知初のシェアハウス＆ゲストハウスの複合施設。約

ゲストハウスとは？
素泊まりの旅館のこと。ビジネスホテルなどと違い、旅行者同士が交流をしたり、情報交換をしたりしながら宿泊する宿で、当店では1泊2800円から。今話題の民泊ではなく旅館業免許は取得済み。高知市旅館業免許012345678

友達や親戚を呼びたいが、家が狭いし片付けるのが面倒・・・
自宅で泊まってもらうとなると気を使う・・・

シェアハウスとは？
キッチンやリビングなどを共有しながら暮らす共同生活スタイルのこと。もちろん鍵付き個室はありプライバシーも確保。「家電や家具を揃えなくてもいい」「敷金、礼金不要」など独り暮らしより経済的ながら、「帰ったら誰かいる」「日常では出会わない人と交流ができる」「家にいながら外国語の勉強になる」などが魅力。

ちなみにルルルでは、全て揃って食事付きで月額家賃4万9000円

・個室家賃、共益費、施設利用料、カフェでの朝食費用込み
・個室設備はシングルベッド、カーテン、照明など、広さは4畳半程度から
・共同設備としてIHカウンタキッチン、12畳専用リビング、バスルーム2室、24時間洗濯乾燥機、自転車、
・インターネット・光熱費・調味料、生活用品費などは共益費に含む※ただし、個室の電気代は個人負担
・居住者特典としてカフェ割引制度あり
・歓迎会、クリスマス会など入居者が交流しやすい制度あり

お父さんの娘の2人ドライブキャンプ旅行で四国を満喫中！ほんとはキャンプをする予定だったけど残念ながら雨の予報だったので急遽当日予約。音楽も聴いてカレーも食べてくれました！また高知へ来てね〜✨

スペインからボランティア・ヘルパーとしてルルルに1ヶ月間来てくれていたエマが遂に出発。カラオケ大好きで1人で5時間も平気!!　一緒にBBQしたり、ワールドカップ決勝見て盛り上がったり楽しかった。次の大阪も楽しんで！✨

フランスの南部から可愛い女性ゲスト。去年日本へ来たら親族に不幸があり急遽戻ることになったので、今回はリベンジ旅行。四国へ来たなら田舎の風景を見て回りたい！ルルルで3泊してくれて、この後は仁淀川のそばで5泊するそう　旅はゆっくりするのが好き！✨

広島出身の男子大学生2名。現在は愛媛の大学へ行っているそうで、今回はバイクへ乗って高知へ！音楽も聴きに来てくれてカレーや朝食も一緒に食べながら、他の外国人ゲストなどとも色々と話が出来たみたいで楽しかった！✨

イギリスからの男性二人。20年来の友人で、片方はアジアをすでに9ヶ月間旅行中。もう一人は日本を5週間予定で、数週間前に日本で合流したそう。　九州からレンタカーで日本を横断中。昨日はひろめ市場で地元の人にたらふく酒を飲まされたそう！とても明るい二人で、レンタカーの軽がとても小さそうだけど、「車高が高いから大丈夫！」だって。✨
2 British guys, they have been friends for 20 years. one of them is traveling in southeast Asian countries for 9 months already, and them met in Japan to travel together with a rental car. K car seems very small for big boys like them, but they said "no problem Japanese cars are small but tall!" enjoy Japan!!!

アントンがデンマークから彼女を連れてやってきた！日本好きのアントンはこれから東京で半年ほど留学！彼女は中国で同じく半年ほど留学だそう！遠いけど、「デンマークよりは近い！」とのこと。2人仲良くね〜✨

デンマークからの母と息子二人旅。昨日は仁淀川の中津渓谷まで電車とバスを乗り継いで行った。遠かったけど、自然がとても良くて大満足とのこと！よかった！！✨
mother and son from Denmark. they went to Nakatsu gorge in Niyodo river. it took train and bus 2 hours but they really enjoyed the nature there!

カリフォルニアから耳の聞こえない、歩きお遍路さん。最初はコミュニケーションにすこし戸惑ったけど、完全に聞こえないわけでは無く、微かな音と口の動きと身振り手振りで相互理解！明るい方で元気いっぱい！ご苦労様です!!✨
