高知市内から少し足を延ばして、須崎市へ。
今回ご紹介するのは、海のまち須崎にある
「須﨑のサカナ本舗」
須崎の海では、100種類を超える魚介類が
水揚げされるといわれています。
こちらでは、その日に水揚げされた魚を中心に、
刺身や煮付け、丼など、魚それぞれのおいしさを活かした料理を
楽しむことができます。
何が味わえるかは、その日の水揚げ次第。
それもまた、港町を訪れる楽しみのひとつです。
そして、ぜひ注目していただきたいのが趣のある建物。
かつて郵便局として使われていた歴史ある建物を改修し、
明治建築の面影を残しながら、
新たな須崎のシンボルとして生まれ変わっています。
海の恵みと、まちの歴史。
