【季節は少しずつ秋へ】

お盆も多くの皆様にお越しいただき、ありがとうございました。
お盆に毎年お越しいただくお客様、初めてご来館いただくお客様、kadoyaにもお泊りいただいたお客様と、少しの忙しさの中に多くの皆様の素敵な表情を拝見できた、私どもスタッフにとっても心地の良い時間でした。

お盆が終わると、少しずつ秋の風が吹き始めます。
川の水も少しキリッとして、夜はクーラーも必要なく眠れる季節に。

夏の賑やかな様子から少しずつ遠くなり、表情を変えていく小菅の様子も、これから少しずつお伝えしていきます。

Thank you to everyone who visited us during the summer holidays.
It was a delightful time for our staff—amidst the bustle, we had the pleasure of seeing the wonderful smiles of so many guests: those who visit us every year at this season, first-time visitors, and even those who have stayed at Kadoya.

As we move into the latter half of August, the autumn breeze begins to blow.
The river water takes on a crisp chill, and the nights become cool enough to sleep comfortably without air conditioning.

We look forward to sharing updates on how the scenery of Kosuge gradually transforms as the lively summer atmosphere gives way to the new season.

本日8月17日、NIPPONIA 小菅 源流の村は開業から7年を迎えました。
「700人の村がひとつのホテルに。」�そんな想いから始まったこの当館の取り組みはは、この7年間、たくさんのゲストの皆さま、そして小菅村にという土地とそこに暮らす人々に支えられてここまで歩んでくることができました。

そしてこれまでの歩みはこの夏、私たちにとって新しい特別な出来事をもたらしてくれました。�新しい"村のロビー"「kadoya」の誕生。

古い建物に新しい灯りをともし、人と人、村と旅人をつなぐ場所をつくる——それは、私たちが7年前から少しずつ積み重ねてきたことです。
NIPPONIA 小菅 源流の村がこの村で紡いできた時間があったからこそ、kadoyaという新しい仲間が生まれ、開業にこぎ着けることができました。

【NIPPONIA Kosuge Village | 7th Anniversary】

Today, August 17th, marks the seventh anniversary of the opening of NIPPONIA Kosuge: Village at the Source.
"A village of 700 people becoming a single hotel"—this was the vision that launched our journey. Over the past seven years, we have been able to come this far thanks to the support of so many guests, as well as the land of Kosuge Village and the people who call it home.

Our journey has also brought us a special new milestone this summer: the birth of "kadoya," a new "village lobby."

Bringing new light to old buildings and creating a space that connects people with people, and the village with travelers—this is what we have been building, step by step, for the past seven years.
It is precisely because of the time NIPPONIA Kosuge has spent weaving its story within this village that "kadoya"—our newest addition—could come into existence and open its doors.

We look forward to continuing to welcome you to Kosuge Village, a place that serves as one great, unified inn. We ask for your continued support of NIPPONIA Kosuge and kadoya as we embark on our eighth year.

まだ夏も終わっていないのに少し気が早いかもしれませんが、来年1月末までのご予約の受付をスタートいたしました。公式HP、または各種予約サイト様よりご予約いただけます。

夏のご予約も引き続き受付中です。
お盆中盤は満室の日がほとんどですが、お盆後半から8月末にかけては空室があるお日にちもございます。

夏、秋、冬とお好きな季節からお選びいただければ幸いです。
※一部予約サイト様からのご予約受付開始は明日以降になりますので、ご留意くださいませ。

It may seem a bit early—given that summer isn't even over yet—but we have begun accepting reservations through the end of January of next year. You can book your stay via our official website or various booking platforms.

We are also continuing to accept reservations for the summer season.
While most dates during the middle of the Obon holiday are fully booked, there is still availability from the latter part of Obon through the end of August.

We invite you to choose the season that appeals to you most—whether summer, autumn, or winter.
*Please note that reservations via some booking sites may not open until tomorrow or later.
*Obon is a traditional Japanese holiday period honoring ancestral spirits and is a major nationwide vacation season!

【あっという間に夏のあゆみ】

今年の夏は気持ち、例年よりも涼しいでしょうか。
今年は梅雨らしい梅雨を迎えている小菅村です。

しっかり水の恵みがあるということは、美味しいお野菜が育つということ。
植え付けがされる作物もあれば、きゅうりやエンドウなど旬を迎えている作物たちも。
何一つ変わらない毎年の風景も、この場所で日々を重ねるごとに、より愛おしく、特別なものに感じられます。
今年は渇水の騒ぎもありましたので、その気持ちもひとしおなのかもしれません。

そんな貴重な土地の恵みを皆様にもお裾分けできるように、崖の家の素泊まりプランでは収穫体験のアクティビティもご用意しています。
写真に写るお母さんが案内してくださる等身大の小菅村の姿。
ささやかで、決して派手ではありませんが、ここで過ごす時間は、じんわりとした温かさを心に残してくれるはずです。

It feels like this summer might be a bit cooler than usual.
Here in Kosuge Village, we are experiencing a rainy season that truly lives up to the name.

An abundance of water means delicious vegetables can thrive.
While some crops are just being planted, others—such as cucumbers and peas—are currently in season.
The scenery remains unchanged year after year, yet with each passing day spent here, it feels increasingly special and dear to my heart.
Perhaps that sentiment is even stronger this year, given the earlier concerns about water shortages.

To share the precious bounty of this land with you, the "Room-Only" plan at the CLIFF SIDE VILLA includes a harvest experience activity.
You will be guided by the local woman pictured here, who will show you the authentic, everyday life of Kosuge Village.
It is a modest experience—far from flashy—but the time spent here is sure to leave a gentle, heartwarming impression on your soul.

当館では実は初めての試み。
「プランがたくさんあると、お客様が選びづらくなってしまうかも」と、これまで複数のプランを作成することは敢えてしてこなかったのですが、今回初めてプランの数を増やしてみました。

公式ホームページ、一休など各種予約サイトよりご予約いただけます。
今後も順次プランを追加予定ですので、ぜひ皆様の滞在スタイルに合ったプランをお探しいただければ幸いです。

This is actually our first attempt at this.

Until now, we have deliberately avoided creating multiple plans because we thought "having too many plans might make it difficult for guests to choose." However, this time, we have increased the number of plans for the first time.

Reservations can be made through our official website, Ikyu, and various other reservation sites.

We plan to add more plans in the future, so we hope you will find a plan that suits your stay style.
