今日は、Ayurveda Day。
Ayurveda Dayの今日、
Ayurveda for a Healthier Tomorrow.
——
Today is Ayurveda Day.
Ayurveda, the ancient “Science of Life,” teaches us that true wellbeing is not only about treating illness.
It is about living in harmony with nature, understanding the body, mind and spirit as one, and creating a life that supports health, purpose and longevity.
This is also why Okinawa has become such an important place for my work.
The wisdom of Okinawan longevity — living close to nature, eating seasonal plants, nurturing human connection, and having a sense of purpose — deeply resonates with the philosophy of Ayurveda.
Ayurveda from India.
Traditional Japanese wisdom.
The longevity culture of Okinawa.
By bringing these traditions together, I hope to contribute to a healthier future, especially for women as we live longer and enter new stages of life.
On Ayurveda Day, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to continue this work and to help build a bridge between India and Japan.
