At our inn, once the Taiza crab season concludes at the end of March,

Our owner, with over 30 years of experience as a fish broker at Taiza Port,
attends the auction almost every day to select the finest catch.

With a trained eye developed over decades,
he personally chooses and bids on the fish,
which are then served at dinner the very same day.
