春の京都へ、早咲きのしだれ桜を見に行こう🌸
Kyoto wakes up quietly in early spring. Delicate weeping cherry blossoms drift in the breeze at Kyoto Gyoen National Garden—the beautiful, spacious park surrounding the former Imperial Palace. Just a short distance away, Suika Tenmangu Shrine is home to one of Kyoto's most stunning early bloomers. Its deep pink weeping cherry branches stretch wide across the small shrine grounds, drawing photographers from near and far every spring. A corner of Kyoto most tourists never find. About 40 minutes by public transport from K's House Kyoto.

桜の季節が近づく頃、京都も色づき始めます。かつて天皇が暮らした京都御所を囲む広大な公園「京都御苑」に揺れるしだれ桜。そしてすぐ近くにある水火天満宮の紅枝垂れ桜。境内を覆うように広がる濃いピンクの花は、毎年遠くからもカメラを持った人々が訪れるほどの美しさです。観光客がまだ気づいていない、本物の春の京都がここにあります。ケイズハウス京都からは公共交通機関で約40分。春の京都散策におすすめです。

京都・北野天満宮 梅苑「花の庭」｜蜷川実花 × EiM インスタレーション

Plum blossoms at Kitano Tenmangu Shrine in Kyoto, filmed this week.
The shrine is famous for its plum trees, with around 1,500 trees of 50 varieties blooming across the grounds in early spring.
This year, the plum garden “Hanano-niwa” also hosts a special installation created by artist Mika Ninagawa and the creative team EiM as part of the KYOTO NIPPON FESTIVAL.
Lights woven among the plum branches create a sparkling and dreamlike atmosphere where art and nature blend together.
About 40 minutes by public transportation from K’s House Kyoto.

Plum blossoms at Kitano Tenmangu Shrine in Kyoto, filmed today.
The shrine is famous for its plum trees, with about 1,500 trees across 50 varieties blooming throughout the grounds in early spring.
Inside the paid plum garden “Hanano-niwa”, red and white blossoms spread across the large shrine grounds.
This year, the garden also features a special installation by artist Mika Ninagawa and the creative team EiM, part of KYOTO NIPPON FESTIVAL, where art and nature create a sparkling, dreamlike atmosphere among the plum branches.
About 35 minutes by public transportation from K’s House Kyoto.
