Experience the "Kyoto Pot-au-Feu," a beautiful reinterpretation of a memorable dish from Chef Asano's time at the renowned Parisian restaurant Drouant, elegantly crafted with local Kyoto ingredients and pristine water. Alongside it is the "Kyoto Vegetable Gnocchi," an original creation by Chef Asano as he prepares to represent Japan at the Bocuse d'Or world final in January 2027.

This year's special events will bridge our philosophy, "EMBRACING JAPAN'S BEAUTY," between Kyoto and the upcoming HOTEL THE MITSUI HAKONE, opening December 15th. On November 3rd, Italian Cuisine FORNI will host a special anniversary brunch buffet and dinner party. That evening, a traditional Noh performance of "Hagoromo," an homage to Mount Fuji, will grace our lobby. On November 7th, we invite you to an exclusive Four-Hands Gala Dinner featuring Hiroyuki Kurosu, Head Chef of Sankei at HOTEL THE MITSUI HAKONE, and Tetsuya Asano, Head Chef of TOKI.

HOTEL THE MITSUI KYOTOは、2026年11月3日（火・祝）に開業6周年を迎えます。今回のアニバーサリーでは、私たちがこの地で紡いできた「日本の美しさと」の想いを、本年12月15日に開業する「HOTEL THE MITSUI HAKONE」へとつなぐ特別なイベントをお届けいたします。
開業記念日である11月3日には、イタリア料理「FORNI（フォルニ）」にて、京都と箱根、そして三井家の創業の地である日本橋をつなぐ「東海道五十三次」をテーマにした「ブランチブッフェ」と「ディナーパーティー」を。 また同日夕刻にはロビーにて観世流能楽師を迎え、箱根からもその美しい姿を望む「富士山」を題材とした演目「羽衣」を披露いたします。
さらに11月7日（土）には、HOTEL THE MITSUI HAKONEのシグネチャーレストランである日本料理「三渓(さんけい)」の料理長 黒須浩之と、HOTEL THE MITSUI KYOTOの「都季 TOKI」の料理長 浅野哲也による、一夜限りのフォーハンズ・ガラディナーを開催。
