Beginning with Fukujuen’s seasonal new tea “Hachijuhachi,”

メインダイニング いと桜の 5・6月
初夏のメニューをご紹介します。

キングサーモンの西京味噌漬けにはじまり、 新じゃがいものすり流し、
烏賊と雲丹のお造り、 アスパラと山菜のフリット、イサキの天火焼、
黒毛和牛の炭焼など、 初夏の味覚を一皿ごとに丁寧に仕立てました。

やわらかな光に映える緑に包まれた中庭のライトアップが、
この季節ならではのひとときを演出します。

The season when fresh greenery is at its most beautiful has arrived in Kyoto, Takaragaike 🌿

We are pleased to introduce the early summer menu for May and June at Main Dining Itozakura.

Beginning with Saikyo miso–marinated king salmon,
followed by a smooth new potato soup,
squid and sea urchin sashimi,
asparagus and seasonal mountain vegetable fritters,
grilled isaki with aromatic kinome sauce,
and charcoal-grilled Japanese Black wagyu,
each dish highlights the delicate flavors of early summer.

After your meal, we also recommend enjoying the illuminated garden courtyard, gently wrapped in soft green light,
creating a moment that can be experienced only in this season.
