A look back at a memorable few days in Kyoto for the Luxury Dining Series 2026: Across the Table, held from September 23 to 26.

At Chef’s Table by Katsuhito Inoue, the series brought Chef Katsuhito Inoue and Chef Valentin Fouache together for an intimate Four Hands experience. Their distinct approaches to Japanese and European cuisine came together over a menu inspired by seasonal ingredients and thoughtful craftsmanship.
Beyond the dishes, it was the time spent around the table with our guests that made the occasion truly special. We are delighted to look back on these moments and the wonderful memories created together.

9月23日から26日にかけて開催された本シリーズでは、シェフズ・テーブル by Katsuhito Inoueにて、井上勝人シェフとValentin FouacheシェフによるFour Handsを開催しました。季節の食材とそれぞれの料理哲学が重なり合い、日本とヨーロッパの食文化が響き合うひとときとなりました。
料理だけでなく、皆さまと食卓を囲み、会話を楽しんだ時間もまた、この機会を特別なものにしてくれました。
