ヨコハマトリエンナーレ2020や最近では恵比寿映像祭2024でのパフォーマンスも記憶に新しい 山/完全版による特別ライブ・パフォーマンスをはじめ、MUTEK JP2020への参加や映画の劇判・楽曲提供なども多く手がける kafuka（Kazuomi Eshima）によるライブ、ドイツの実験音響名門レーベルraster-notonからのリリースや2023年ベネチア・ビエンナーレ・カレッジ音楽部門のチューターを担当したことでも知られるサウンドアーティスト Kyoka によるDJ set、そしてDumb TypeやThe SINE WAVE ORCHESTRAでも活動する Ken FurudateによるDJ set、以上のアクトによって本企画のオープニングを飾ります。

Art Collaboration Kyoto 2023 official night event. In addition to music by DJs focusing on minimal techno, special food by the performance group contact GONZO, and installations by Suzuka Yamamoto on the first floor, an art projection party BYOB, invented by Rafaël Rozendaal, will be held.
Art Collaboration Kyoto 2023 公式ナイトイベントを開催。ミニマルを中心としたDJによる音楽や、パフォーマンス集団contact GONZOによるスペシャルフード、Suzuka Yamamotoによる1F インスタレーションに加えて、ビジュアルアーティスト Rafaël Rozendaal 考案のオープンソースプロジェクションパーティーBYOBも実施します。

松尾信太郎 個展「ケフ」を開催。

画家としての松尾は、2018年より独特の質感をもつ塗装を施した極小の欠片を絵画作品として、わずか数センチのそれらを空間へと配置した作品を制作しています。
極小の絵画は、空間へと配置されることで、それぞれの小さな画面が視線・眼球の動きに作用します。塵のように壁面に張り付いたものが視線を変化させたり、止めて凝視してしまう。そのような感覚に着目し、松尾は雑多な日常の中でハッとフェティッシュさ・物質性を感じてしまう感覚的な異和の瞬間を手掛かりに制作を行っています。

極小の絵画の中で圧縮されたイメージを、展示空間の中で拡張されたイメージを、様々なスケールで鑑賞いただければ幸いです。

また、松尾は様々な場所から音素材を収集し、再構成する音響作品も制作してきました。そのような活動の中で関係を持った作家をお招きし9月30日には、オープニングイベントを開催いたします。
今回は、映像作家の斎藤玲児、サウンドアーティストでデザイナーでもある大田高充を招き、トーク、演奏を交えた実験的な展覧会オープンの催しを予定しています。
