Following the Reiwa 8 (2026) Kumamoto Earthquake, we would like to express our heartfelt sympathies to everyone affected by the disaster.

At Fuji Resort, we are currently providing support according to the needs of each of our inns.
We are also continuing to explore additional ways that we, as a ryokan group, can support those affected.
We will share further details as soon as our plans are finalized.

Fortunately, our inn has not sustained any damage from the earthquake, and we continue to welcome guests as usual.

Once the situation has settled and you feel ready, we hope you will visit us at your own pace to relax and unwind in our hot springs.

昨日発生した「令和８年熊本地震」により、
被害に遭われた皆さまへ謹んでお見舞い申し上げます。

当館では、現時点で地震による被害は確認されておりません。
また、ご心配のお声をお寄せいただきました皆さまに

現在も余震が続いている地域もございますので、
引き続き安全を第一に対応してまいります。

なお、地震の影響により交通機関に乱れが生じ、
ご来館が難しいお客様もいらっしゃるかと存じます。
その際は、ご遠慮なく当館フロントまでご連絡ください。

被災地の一日も早い復旧と、

Please note that access to our open-air baths with the Onsen Hopping Pass and day-use hot spring services will also be unavailable during this period.

As a beloved winter tradition of Kurokawa Onsen,
gentle lights once again illuminate the hot spring town at night.

Spreading through the mountain valley, the glow feels quite different from city illuminations, quietly blending into the stillness of the night.
With each step, the scenery subtly changes, revealing expressions unique to the winter onsen town.
Located in the heart of the hot spring area, our ryokan offers easy access to the Yuakari venues on foot.
