[Interview of a Student Intern (2mins)]
Hello everyone! Today we would like to share our short interview with a student intern who has been working at the Human Resources department: Mr. Honjo
1. What is your job as a student intern?
I do all kinds of different things, but my main job is to manage this page by conducting interviews and taking photos. I also host hotel tours for student visitors, and support my department with other tasks.
2. How do you think that your internship at ANA InterContinental will help you in your future endeavors?
This internship showed me what working in the hospitality industry is like – It was an interesting experience that made me see how fun work can be, and I now have a goal to pursue a job as satisfying and exciting in my future!
3. What would you say to college students who are interested but hesitant to apply for internships?
Working as a student intern is definitely a great experience! This experience will help you see what kind of career you want and later help you have more confidence and experience to face the job hunting process. There’s nothing to lose by applying!
