支部からの見どころをご紹介
草月流が100年の節目を迎える今、私たちは「いけばなをもっと身近に感じてほしい、そして未来へ向けてその魅力を発信し続けたい」という強い願いを込め、本展のタイトルを「花創 HANASO 〜未来に向かって」としました。
会場は、地域の皆様に親しまれている米子しんまち天満屋。私たちがこれまで培ってきた表現力のすべてを注ぎ込み、今できる最大限のパフォーマンスを披露します。
今回、特に注目いただきたいのは、草月流の力強さを象徴する「竹」を使ったダイナミックな大作、そして幻想的な光を放つ「竹灯籠」への挑戦です。伝統を大切にしながらも、常に新しさを追求する草月の「今」を、お買い物やお出かけのついでに、ぜひご家族皆さまでお楽しみください。

◆Highlights from the Branch
As the Sogetsu School reaches its landmark 100th anniversary, we have titled this exhibition "HANASO — Toward the Future" with a strong desire to make Ikebana feel more familiar to everyone and to continue sharing its charm with the next generation.

・A Familiar Venue Turned Art Space: Hosted at the Yonago Shinmachi Tenmaya, a favorite local spot, we are pouring all the expressive power we have cultivated over the years into a maximum performance of our art.

・Dynamic Bamboo Masterpieces: The primary focus of this exhibition is a dynamic, large-scale work made of bamboo—the ultimate symbol of Sogetsu’s strength.

・Enchanting Bamboo Lanterns: We have also challenged ourselves with creating "bamboo lanterns" that emit a magical, ethereal light.

While deeply respecting tradition, Sogetsu always pursues the new. Please stop by with your family while out shopping or enjoying your weekend to experience the "now" of Sogetsu!

支部からの見どころをご紹介
2023年7月に誕生したばかりの最新会場にて、草月流支部展を開催します。施設にとっても「いけばな展」の開催は初の試み。ジャンルを超えた表現を受け入れるこの自由な空間を、草月流が華やかに、そしてドラマチックにいけばなアートで染め上げます。
今回の最大の見どころは、舞台仕様を活かした立体的な視点です。天井が高く、開放感あふれる会場を2階観覧席から見渡せば、フロア全体に広がるいけばなのパノラマをお楽しみいただけます。
また、入口ホワイエには支部役員が総力を挙げ、復興支援への祈りを込めた「竹」のインスタレーションを制作。日常的な交流の場であるこの会場から、植物の生命力が放つ勇気と希望を届けます。最新の空間といけばなが共鳴する、新しい表現の形にぜひご期待ください。

Highlights from the Branch
We are hosting this Sogetsu Branch Exhibition at a state-of-the-art venue that just opened in July 2023. This marks the very first time an "Ikebana Exhibition" has been held at this facility. The Sogetsu School will vibrantly and dramatically transform this free-thinking space—known for embracing expression beyond genres—into a world of Ikebana art.

A Dramatic Perspective: The biggest highlight is the three-dimensional view made possible by the theater-style layout. From the second-floor balcony seats, you can look down upon the high-ceilinged, open hall to enjoy a breathtaking panorama of Ikebana spreading across the entire floor.

Bamboo Installation for Recovery: In the entrance foyer, our branch officers have joined forces to create a massive "Bamboo" installation, infused with prayers for disaster recovery.

A Message of Hope: From this venue, which serves as a hub for daily community interaction, we aim to deliver courage and hope through the vital energy of plants. Please look forward to this new form of expression where modern architecture and Ikebana resonate together.

草月流創流100周年を記念し、徳島グランヴィリオホテルにて特別な支部展を開催します。本展は、私たちが歩んできた歴史に敬意を払いながら、感動と自信を糧に次なる一歩を踏み出す「新たなスタート」の場です。
最大の見どころは、玄関外から会場までを一本の線でつなぐ、草月流の代名詞「竹」のインスタレーション。全員で力を合わせて制作した強く爽やかな竹の動線が、皆様をいけばなの迷宮へと誘います。
会場内では、3つの宴会場を贅沢に使い、これまでの歴史を振り返り、歴代家元の精神をオマージュした作品から、個々人が自分自身と向き合い、心躍らせながら制作した瑞々しい作品までが共演します。家元の作品を中心に、個々の情熱が集まり、そして未来へと広がっていく——。ホテル全体が草月のエネルギーで満たされる、圧倒的な没入感をご堪能ください。

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Sogetsu School, we are hosting a special branch exhibition at the Tokushima Grandvrio Hotel. This exhibition serves as a "new start"—a place to honor our history while using our shared inspiration and confidence to take the next step forward.

・The Bamboo Installation: The biggest highlight is the installation made of bamboo—the signature material of the Sogetsu School—which creates a single continuous line connecting the hotel exterior to the interior venue. This powerful, refreshing path of bamboo, crafted through the collective effort of all members, invites visitors into a "labyrinth of Ikebana."

・The Venue Experience: Spanning three grand banquet halls, the exhibition features a diverse range of works. You will see pieces that pay homage to the spirit of successive Iemotos, alongside fresh, vibrant creations where individual artists have engaged deeply with their inner selves.
